BoardExec Leadership Series
The BoardExec Leadership Series is designed for experienced professionals who have managerial and executive experience, who have served on boards and who have the desire to be placed on nonprofit, foundation, commission or corporate boards. Our goal is to:
- Deepen understanding of budgeting processes, financials and audits.
- Heighten board members’ comprehension of their critical roles and responsibilities related to fiduciary oversight.
- Increase familiarity with board fundraising techniques, strategies, and expectations.
- Expand “political intelligence,” an important added value that will help BoardExec participants enrich the cultural competency of their board peers.
