Partnering with a respected board development and placement organization like AABLI has helped us to accelerate the recruitment process and provide candidates of color with exposure to our organization and board. Otherwise, it would not be possible.

It was inspiring that the AABLI board members took the time from their schedules to meet and talk with us about their board experiences, lessons learned, and future endeavors, solidifying the fact that this is indeed a real community, a real family.

Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles (GSGLA) is continually seeking qualified Board members. We have had a very positive experience working with AABLI resulting in the efficient and successful recruitment of Juanita Dawson, Sr. Manager, Raytheon, Class #7.
