AABLI’s annual fundraising event, The Tribute Dinner, helps to develop a pipeline of African American leaders to serve at the highest leadership levels in corporate, nonprofit and government organizations.

Tribute Dinner Honorees exhibit qualities aligned with AABLI’s efforts to advance systemic equity and foster an inclusive society by developing leaders with a critical consciousness which compels them to advocate for equitable power, resources, and conditions to create pathways out of poverty for communities throughout California.

Each honoree is an inspiring leader whose work reflects AABLl’s vision. They have a demonstrated their commitment to philanthropy and community involvement, through financial support, meaningful advocacy, and community investments.
