Types of Training Opportunities and Objectives
DEI Training
This training is designed to increase the effectiveness of boards working to advance racial, social, and economic equity. It does so by helping to develop governing boards that are more representative of the community served and are racially and ethnically diverse, and culturally inclusive.
Corporate Leadership Training
This executive leadership training is focused on enhancing the skills that contribute to an employee’s success. Participants are provided with tools and resources they can deploy in “real-time” to facilitate their professional development.
Governance Training
This executive training is designed for employees who wish to sharpen their board governance skills and fully represent their company as contributing members of the communities in which the company operates.
