Latonya Slack, J.D. principal and founder of Slack Global Consulting (SGC) has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, most recently as senior program officer for California Democracy with the James Irvine Foundation where she led initiatives on voter engagement, capacity building, and leadership for nonprofit organizations. Prior to her work with the foundation, she was Executive Director of the California Black Women’s Health Project, a statewide policy and advocacy organization, after spending several years with AmeriCorps Legal Corps assisting community groups with establishing nonprofit organizations. Latonya currently serves as a board member of the Liberty Hill Foundation, the California Association of Nonprofits, and California Nonprofits Insurance Services.
