We work with AABLI alumni and partner organizations to increase board diversity. AABLI facilitates connections between African American professionals and organizations seeking to diversify their leadership through our alumni portal, events and programs. Through these partnerships, alumni may be considered for board opportunities at the discretion of each organization.
